Who you are dealing with

What you are buying

A rerank buys one thing: a sealed, permanently addressed ranking of the board as it stood at the moment of purchase, sorted by the question you chose, with your site pinned at position one and your domain shown as its buyer. It is delivered as soon as that board is built.

It does not buy a period of time on the front page. You hold the live board until the next purchase, which may be minutes later. That is the design, it is stated before you pay, and it is not grounds for a refund.

Refunds

The sealed board is delivered immediately and cannot be un-delivered, so purchases are final. If the board fails to seal because of a fault on our side, you get a full refund without having to ask.

Rankings are opinions

Every position on this site is the output of a probabilistic model answering a yes/no question about a short, publicly available self-description. Positions are statements of opinion, not of fact, and no position should be read as an assertion about anyone’s conduct, solvency, honesty or competence. Probabilities are published alongside every entry precisely so that they are read as what they are.

Questions

Questions written by buyers are screened before sale and may be refused. We may remove a question from sale at any time. Boards already sealed under a question are not altered — the archive is a record.

Listings

Listing a site asserts that you are entitled to represent it. Listings can be removed from the live board on request by their owner or at our discretion. Sealed boards are not edited.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
